Oh my gosh!!! ROFL....looks like something my 2 year old would do! He just puts the HOLE roll of toilet paper in the toilet and then I put another roll up and he does it again...so I think I should learn!

I must confess, I believe it was me that put it there! We were FILLING a house with balloons for a celebration of sorts...and well...that was surprise left for the couple we were celebrating!!!
Oh my word! That is HILARIOUS! Imagine if someone sat down on it, say may be after having a few drinks - I'm just sayin'.
