Ending a Mother's Day

And the day is almost over...the girls showered me with hand made love! It was beautiful!

The owl on the above card was a "pop out" how cool is that!!!

Lauren made a toilet paper penguin and let Hailey give it to me and she made the little vase at school.

After Hailey saw the sign Lauren made (top) she had to make one too! Love it!

And even a card in French!
It was a wonderful day, we met Grandma for ice cream at Baskin Robins (and they brought back the old Daiquiri Ice YEAH!!!)
Hope everyone had a great day!

Handmade cards are the best, aren't they? It's so fun to have pictures of the cards so you don't have to keep every one, but the girls will still get to see their artwork when they're older. :)

I love the hand made gifts! The letter Lauren wrote was wonderful. How insightful of her.

I think there is no doubt you are loved and appreciated!

You are one of the best Moms I know!

I'll have to share John's book/card he made -- in the words of the famous Kailan -- it made my heart feel super happy! :)

I just love the handmade cards and gifts, don't you? I'll take those any day over something purchased at a store. Glad you had such a good day - you deserve it!
