What I learned this week

What I learned this week is hosted by Musings of a Housewife

I learned so much this week and yet I probably learned nothing at all.

1. When the Comcast goes out mid-post nothing can save your work and the little notice at the bottom of the blogger screen that says your work is not saved is a devilish reminder

2. Leaving home "early" to beat the storm may not be a good idea

3. A young child can have a fever for more than 29 days and yet be diagnosed with "nothing"

4. Having a great big Bloggy party on Tales from a Nightstand for the month of April is a lot of work, especially when Comcast goes out and you can't save anything.

I am not bitter, Comcast, not at all.

I have a love hate relationship with Comcast. There are days that they are wonderful, and days I just can't stand them.

Still with the fever? The poor thing, and poor mom!

crazy about Hailey's fever. I just don't get that!!! Hope she is feeling better.

Oh we hate Comcast in this house and totally switched. Meanwhile, my brother-in-law works for comcast!

That hurts! Comcast that is. Sorry to hear about your little girl too! Maybe they are missing an infection going on but blood tests should show that, right?

Have a great day!

I hope you get to the bottom of Hailey's fever soon. That has to wear on you and her. What does the DR. say?

We have comcast and (crossing my fingers) haven't had any problems really. That's crazy.

Isn't it fun to sit in front of your computer screaming at it? Oh, the joys of having Comcast.

Sorry to hear about Hailey's fever! That's just crazy for it to last so long!

ooo gotta love Comcast :-P So weird about Hailey's fever. Sammy must have been having a sympathy fever all day yesterday.. it broke in the middle of the night and he wanted to play :-P.. I type a lot of my pots in Word so that I dont lose to much work :-)

I hope your daughter feels better as soon as possible.

Also, I am sorry to learn that your internet went down. I can reach out to my contacts to look into the problem. Does it always go out?

I know it's very frustrating to find out when an entry is not saved. If I may make a suggestion, it would be better to type your work on Word, save it and then paste on your blog. Of course, you shouldn't have to do that if the internet did not go down. Again, I apologize.

Is that last comment for real? We have Verizon FIOS - I hope they make it to your neck of the woods soon. It's been pretty good.

I can't believe Hailey still has a fever. I just hope it's not slowing her down. Poor thing.

We have Comcast, too and sadly it is our only option. I try to remind myself that its better than nothing but there are still moments when that doesn't work.
