What shall I talk about today? 8 more days. Oh my.
We could talk about how Hailey got in the shower in her underwear - Yup.
We could talk about how Fetch and Oaf (the kids couch) has disappeared from our family room because the girls can't share.
We could talk about this conversation with Hailey:
Hailey: Mom is Great Great Grandma still sick
Mom: Not really why?
Hailey: Because we should bring her some chicken noodle soup if she is.
We could talk about how much I still need to do before Christmas or how much I have actually already done...
We could talk about how excited I am to sit in crowded school gyms, during cold and flu season, to watch the annual Christmas shows...
Nah...Let's just sit back and enjoy the view instead:
The tree, but you have already seen it.
The stockings are hung by the chimney with care..
And the garland draped along ALL the railings
Two of these were hand sewn by my grandmother...what a treasure
Even the bathroom gets a touch of cheer...
And this little guy "boings" when you pull him. Why?
More railings = more garland
One of my favorite (thought it is rather large) pieces
A splash of fun and yummy treats.
Another one of my favorite pieces...
This one has four scenes and plays music - the girls love it.
A cute corner
A GINORMOUS Poinsettia sent to us by Kentwood and CO.
A couple cute critters (That also play music)
I hang stockings from the backs of all my dining room chairs, each is different this is just one
The four pieces that did not make the cut this year..I brought them up, never set them out, took them back down 2 weeks later
The infamous - 6 foot tall - Giant - Singing - dancing - $69 - Walmart Special Santa Bear
(Proven to be a favorite impulse buy in our house) (Mark, this too looks like it might have come from East Texas!!)
PS. I was a little post happy last night - there are two more new ones below this one! (they are shorter!)

This is an AWESOME house...
I love it all.
I think I might link to it.
Very Merry.
SOOOOO pretty, Terra!
And can I just say I couldn't help but think that Leo, June and Annie were looking for Quincy in those stockings? ;)
Love the $69 Walmart impulse buy -- sometimes those are the best.
Lovely, lovely decorations. You make me look like a slacker! :)
Merry Christmas!
Love all the decorations! I love your stockings, too! They are just so beautiful. How special that your grandmother made them.
