Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas OH MY

Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas - oh my....I can't believe how close these 3 holidays are looming!

We are virtually ready for Halloween - We have costumes anyway.

Thanksgiving will be here rather quickly and Grandma Mary is coming to visit - we look forward to this every year!!!

After that then we run head on into Nutcracker - Thank you to all of you who want to come and watch Lauren dance!! Her face lit up like a candle when I told her who all was coming!!! And we all know "beaming with joy" faces are not Lauren's specialty!

and then....Christmas is just a hop skip and a jump away from that!

Wow, the things that need to be done - the list would be pages long if I wrote it all down (which you know I will)

So my questions to all my Internet friends are:

1. Have you started preparing for the Holidays yet or will you procrastinate until the last minute on each?

2. What is your favorite thing to do each December?

3. What is your least favorite about these last 2 months of each year?

Hi Terra, I know what you mean. It's a little overwhelming to think Christmas is little more than 2 months away!
answers:
1. I'm better about not procrastinating than I used to be but I have a hard time getting in the mood to shop too early. Every year I wish I would have thought of something really neat handmade and meaningful to give out but never seem to think of it in time! 2. I love putting up the decorations because the kids get so into it. 3. My least favorite is probably the traffic and crowds.

Huh, this time of year is CRAZY. Not only do we have the regular holidays but Heather's birthday, my anniversary, Mark's birthday. All this on top of book sales and report typing, which have their busy times now too. So, I try to get some shopping done here and there. I tried to get some Halloween decorations out, but got as far as putting out some bats in the yard and a cornicopia and the box with the rest of the stuff is on my dining room table, been there for two weeks now.
Ok, so I know I should be typing this on my NEW Blog that Terra made me, but I had to check out the other blogs linked to mine before typing something.
So, procrastinate, no I don't do that. But, tomorrow maybe I'll be creative enough to type on my blog. (hehe)
