Beat egg whites until very stiff peaks. Add sugar, and continue beating. When mixture is smooth, use a spoon to fold in vanilla, salt, choc. chips, and pecans. Spoon by teaspoonfuls on a well greased/floured cookie sheet. Put in the oven - count to 30 slowly, turn the oven off. DO NOT OPEN THE OVEN DOOR!!!! Then leave the cookies in for 6-8 hours or overnight (get it...FORGET about them). They are like a meringue cookie! Delish. They simply melt in your mouth.Allisonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04144625781609192815noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8224726301454568299.post-20541234417432327512008-11-13T15:03:00.000-07:002008-11-13T15:03:00.000-07:00Double Layer Pumpkin Pie4 oz. cream cheese, soften...Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

4 oz. cream cheese, softened in microwave 15-20 secs.
1 Tbsp milk
1 tub (8oz) Cool Whip, thawed
1 prepared graham cracker crumb crust
1 cup cold milk
1 can (16oz) pumpkin
2 pkg.
